We break open the concrete floor along the perimiter of the walls in the problem area to install new underfloor drainage system.
We install the weeping tile under floor drainage system and wall treatment and connect it to the sump pump basin and/or floor drain.
We fill the trench with a granular aggregate and we concrete the floors where applicable. Then we remove the concrete debris from the property and broom sweep the work areas.
